Bronze starts at -12% when the account is opened. Silver increases to -17% from €3,000 (excl. VAT) accumulated over 12 months. Gold increases to -22% from €10,000 (excl. VAT) accumulated over 12 months.
Should I buy multiple copies of the same product?
No. Professional statuses reward your cumulative purchase volume and allow you to freely design each project according to your client's needs.
Can I mix several bathroom product families?
Yes. You can group furniture, mirrors, showers, faucets, bathtubs, toilets, towel warmers, and accessories within the same project. The form allows you to specify the equipment concerned.
What happens for a major construction project?
Important or specific projects may be subject to customized conditions, regardless of your current status. We respond within 24 hours and provide a quote within 48 hours.
Are lead times the same for all products?
