Bronze starts at 12% off as soon as your account opens. Silver increases to 17% off once you reach €5,000 in cumulative purchases over 12 months. Gold increases to 22% off once you reach €12,000 over 12 months.
Do I need to buy multiple units of the same product?
No. Trade status rewards your cumulative purchasing volume while leaving you free to build each project around your client’s needs.
Can I combine different bathroom product categories in one project?
Yes. Towel warmers, faucets, vanities, mirrors, lighting, and accessories can all be combined within the same project. The form lets you specify which products are involved.
What happens for a larger project?
Large or specific projects may qualify for custom terms regardless of your current status. We reply within 24 hours and prepare your quote within 48 hours.
Are lead times the same for every product?
No. Each product has its own lead time, shown on the product page. If your project has a target date, let us know before ordering.
